MODALITA'
Il percorso di Coaching inizia con un colloquio preliminare, di preferenza in presenza o telefonico, per valutare le tue opportunità e sfide attuali. Questo serve a definire gli obiettivi della nostra relazione, identificare le priorità di azione e stabilire i risultati che desideri ottenere.
Le sessioni possono svolgersi di persona, telefonicamente o tramite sistemi audio/video. La durata di ogni sessione viene concordata insieme, variando da un’ora a un’ora e mezza. Tra una sessione e l’altra, ti sarà richiesto di compiere determinate azioni o attività per avvicinarti ai tuoi obiettivi.
Il percorso di Coaching può variare da un minimo di tre sessioni fino a dieci, a seconda delle tue esigenze. Per alcuni obiettivi specifici, tre-sei mesi di impegno possono essere sufficienti, mentre per altri potresti trovare utile lavorare insieme più a lungo.
